SORA Return & Refund Policy

At SORA, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every extrait de parfum we create. Because your scent is your story, we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase.


1. 24-Hour Longevity Guarantee

We guarantee that every SORA fragrance will project discernible aroma for at least 24 hours under normal room temperature (18 – 25 °C). If you believe your perfume fades sooner, you may request a replacement or a full refund.


2. Eligibility Checklist

To keep the process smooth, please ensure all of the following are met:

Requirement Details
Proof of Purchase Original order confirmation e-mail or paper receipt.
Original Packaging Box and bottle must be intact; spray cap and labels unaltered.
Remaining Juice At least 98 % of the perfume must still be inside the bottle.
Return Window Contact us within 14 days of the purchase date.
Official Channel Item must be purchased directly from soraperfume.com, our official marketplace stores, or an authorised SORA boutique.

3. How to Start a Claim

  1. Reach Out

    • E-mail: support@soraofficial.co

    • Include your order number, photos of the bottle, and a brief note describing the longevity issue.

  2. Schedule Verification
    Our support team will offer you the nearest SORA outlet or pop-up location for an in-person test. Remote customers may ship the product back to us using a prepaid label we provide.

  3. In-Person Spray Test
    A SORA specialist will spray the perfume onto a neutral fabric swatch and store it in a controlled space. After 24 hours, we’ll assess its scent strength against our standard.


4. Resolution

  • Passes the Test: The perfume retains its scent; we ship it back to you at our cost.

  • Fails the Test: Choose either

    • a brand-new replacement bottle (same variant) or

    • a 100 % refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days after confirmation.


5. Non-Returnable Situations

  • More than 2 % of the fragrance used.

  • Damaged or missing packaging.

  • Products bought from unauthorised resellers.

  • Gift cards or sample vials.


6. Shipping Returns (if you cannot visit an outlet)

  • Use the prepaid shipping label we provide.

  • Pack the bottle securely to prevent breakage.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without our label.
